Virtual training is a great option for when we aren’t able to meet in person, for whatever reason! In most cases, it works just like a normal lesson, only instead of coming to your home, we are meeting via video chat.
Like other sessions, we will start by talking through what has been going on with your dog, and then I’ll develop a training plan for you until we meet again, and I’ll guide you through some practice!
Typically, I use Zoom, FaceTime or Skype for virtual sessions. All of these offer free options for us to connect via phones, tablets or computers.
Initial sessions are generally 1 hour for most types of training, or around an hour and a half for behavior consultations (for aggression, anxiety, fear or reactivity).
Lessons after the initial meeting or for current clients can be done in 30 minute, 40 or 45 minute, or 1 hour sessions.
